I'm a Strength Coach whose focus is mobility using modalities such as

  • Assisted Stretching (AIS)

  • Functional Range Assessment(FRA)

  • Fascial stretch therapy

As we create space for the joints to flow we must also prioritize stability in effort to build strength.


Progress

Each individual goals & personality should be considered when assessing their workout regiment and making nutritional recommendations. My goal is progress. Feel better. Move better. Attain these 2, the likelihood of weight loss and strength is more probable.
