This is a coed program structured to change body composition.

We apply various interval training techniques using the following modalities:

  • Prowlers
  • Sleds
  • Farmer walks
  • Tire flipping
  • Sledgehammers
  • Select resistance apparatuses
  • Partner drills

Get the benefits of metabolic training - as well as resistance training - packed into the SAME workout. (You don't HAVE to break up with your treadmill if you dig it, but you'll get the conditioning benefits of cardio from this class).

You make the workout as intense as you like, regardless of your current fitness level.
